- Declare the use of one of your contracts
- Use the special strike contract
- Draw up to two additional resource cards
- Recharge your faction power
declaration phase in which you tell the others which contract you will use and, if applicable, who the target is.
Negotiation phase in which every player plays their resource cards to hinder or help you
Checking phase where all cards are summarized and the contract either fails or completes.
If the contract completes, it gives out its rewards. If it fails, all players other than you, the contract holder, gains one influence.
The strike contract can be used by everyone and reads: Strike 1: Target player loses 2 influence, gain 2 influence
